Your hearing assessment will be completed by an Audiologist. Once the assessment is completed, the audiologist will review your results, will explain the findings, and will make recommendations for potential treatments or interventions if needed.


Hearing Aid Services

Hearing aid services are provided by the Audiologist. These services include addressing hearing aid issues or problems, adjustments to your sound settings and maintaining the proper function of your current devices.

Professional ear impressions are taken by the Audiologist. Custom ear products offer a unique-to-you fit, designed to protect your hearing, enhance sound quality or reduce sound loudness for specific activities. These personalized solutions provide superior comfort, durability, and effectiveness - making them ideal for hunting, swimming, sleeping, enjoying concerts, or industrial work.

Melissa McFadden, (Hons. B.Sc., M.Sc., Reg. CASLPO) is a Licensed Audiologist and owner of the Halton Hearing Centre. She is the friendly face patients see when they are scheduled for hearing assessments and hearing technology consultations. She specializes in discreet premium hearing aid technology, and she is always working to further her knowledge about best practices and product advancements to provide the best recommendations and patient care. She is an avid baker who is known for her coconut cupcakes and carrot cake (Verso staff favorites!). When she is not at work, she is spending time with her fur-baby, a Havanese named Sadie.
